We believe in providing you with the very best possible quality and with that in mind we source the finest Scottish beef and hand slice into thick, lean, juicy steaks which are guaranteed to melt like butter, when cooked in the oven. Expect 2 Steaks per/lb. Most butchers sell these as best frying steaks for much higher prices and we recommend you try ours in order to appreciate the value on offer. Cook in the oven in a stock of your choice, perhaps real ale or red wine, but for a "Michelin Star Restaraunt" flavour, remember to add one or two splashes of balsamic vineger to your stock prior to cooking.
