We have selected from only the finest highland cattle, the very very finest cut of meat. Matured for some 21 days in order to further enhance the flavour. Reasuringly expensive yet still some 20-30% cheaper than some online gourmet butchers, we would appreciate as much notice as possible when ordering in order that we can guarantee availability. Sourced exclusively from the world renowned 'Scotch Premier Meat Co' suppliers to HRH, we can state with confidence these are supplied without compromise. We cut generously and you should expect 3 steaks per lb. Whole fillets weigh approximately 5lb should you wish to consider.
