A rare treat indeed. Whether pan fried or gently baked in the oven, these steaks are quite frankly, superb. Exceptional with a nice pepper dusting around them. Please make a note @ checkout if you wish us to do this, (naturally with our compliments!) Cut from the single muscle of the 'Salmon Cut' these steaks have a unique taste and texture and can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes. You can expect to recieve 3 steaks per/lb. Not always available we respectfully suggest you give them due consideration. |
