We reccomend roasting a little slower and longer than our Topside in order to preserve the rich and satisfying flavours inherent in this cut of Beef.
With very little shrinkage apparent, a joint of around 2-3lb will suffice for the average family and you may consider 4-5lb joints when entertaining or for large family gatherings. We are of course happy to supply full silversides at over 10lb+, the choice is yours at these very competitive prices. Fresh selected (imported) 'Super Grade' grain fed matured Beef.
