Our company was formed in the mid eighties and has experienced continued and sustainable growth since, largely due to our unprecedented commitment to providing the very finest of fresh meats, realistically priced, and importantly without compromise.

Based in the North East, Team Valley Trading Estate, our core business continues as a specialist Market Butchers operating on 9 weekly markets from our state of the art meat auction vehicles.

Premier Meat Outlets
We also have our centre of meat excellence at our Team Valley Unit (conveniently located behind Sainsburys), currently open Tuesday-Saturday offering a superb range of fresh meats all cut and prepared as you shop, avoiding the trend for mass produced cheaper cuts of pre-packed meat offered at most other outlets. Premier Quality
This latest concept has enabled us to showcase what we believe to be a first class selection of our renowned quality meats all at most realistic price levels. We strongly believe in our ethos of without compromise and quite simply we will not stock lesser quality grades of meat in order to be the cheapest. Of course our first class relationships with companies such as the world renowned Scotch Premier, the excellent Geo Adams of Lincolnshire and the outstanding Mitchells of Letham have enabled us to procure outstanding quality meats and poultry at wholesale prices ensuring no middle men profit taking exists, and these benefits can be transferred seamlessly to our valued customers.

Prepared & Delivered
We have introduced our prepared and delivered module in order to afford the opportunity to purchase our meats to even more people. We are growing this side of the business carefully and organically in order that levels of service become the industry benchmark, and therefore if we have not yet extended to your area, please be patient, and remember we have 9 weekly markets, the centre of meat excellence and for ease and simplicity buy on line, collect in store options.
